Digital products

Our digital products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If a product does not work for you, email info@illisopes.com within 60 days of purchase with your order number, and we will refund the purchase price.

Orders placed through a payment partner (such as Digistore24) may be refunded through that partner’s order system; their confirmation email explains how.

Physical products

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must include original tags and packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
