These terms apply to purchases from illisopes Inc. (“we,” “us”) through illisopes.com and our authorized sales partners.

1. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We may correct pricing errors and may cancel an order affected by an error, with a full refund. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by secure third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers.

3. Digital products

Digital products are licensed, not sold, for the buyer’s personal use. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files. Templates are tools for record-keeping and planning; they are not financial, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for checking figures against your own statements and advisors.

4. Physical products

Shipping and delivery are covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns are covered in our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
